Can I modify/change my order after it has been placed?Updated 7 days ago

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order/ address once it is placed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us by email at [email protected] if you want to cancel your order.

We can try and request our logistics partner to cancel your order, however, please understand that your request could be denied if your order is already processed for the shipment.

You can refuse the package or return it after receiving it.
