After you have placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer, which includes the summary, the general terms, conditions and the invoice for the order.
Once the order is processed, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number of the parcel will be sent to the customer, with which the customer can use to track the parcel at any given time.
