Order Processing
Upon ordering, domestic orders will be fulfilled and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and will be handed over to the transportation carrier. The actual delivery time is within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to certain conditions that are beyond our control (Covid-19 circumstances, severe weather, holiday shipment volume increase, etc.)

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to conditions that are beyond our control. If you place an order and we are aware that we cannot ship your order within the time we stated or within 30 days of our shipping policy, we will seek your consent to the delayed shipment. In case we cannot obtain your consent to the delay, we will promptly refund your order.
International Shipping Delivery
The price and delivery time may vary depending on the selected carrier.
All international shipments may take 3-10 business days from the date that the carrier picks up the fulfilled orders from our location.
Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout however; shipping orders outside the U.S. may vary depending on carrier and destination address.
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs taxes or fees depending on the country’s laws and regulations. These taxes and fees must be paid by the customer and will be displayed at checkout.
The customs taxes and fees are included in the shipping for certain countries depending on their laws and regulations. (E.g. Canada, Australia, etc...).
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carriers will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
