How can I use the return portal?Updated 10 hours ago

Return Instruction 

1.    Visit our return portal: https://gobicashmereus.returnscenter.com/

2.    Put in your order number and the email address you used to place the order 

3.    Select which product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return 

4.    Select whether you want to exchange a product, a store credit, or a money refund (*restrictions apply).

 5.    Please make sure to cover the original box (Priority Class) with plain paper or to use any other box/envelope if the return label has been generated with First Class Label 

6.    If approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 1-3 business days 

7.    If approved for a refund, the amount will be debited from us on the same business day and will be credited to the customer’s account within 3-5 business days (different bank institutions may vary).
