For online orders within the United States, we offer one-time free return or one-time free exchange per order. Any additional returns or exchanges may be subject to applicable fees.

Upon receipt of the return, it will be inspected;

If approved for a refund, the amount paid (including tax) will be credited to the customer’s original form of payment within 3-5 business days; timing may vary based on the customer’s financial institution.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.
