Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In case of a lost parcel, GOBI Cashmere will conduct an investigation process with FedEx and USPS. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 5 business days.
  • Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days of the original delivery date. Please note, that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
  • If you have received an incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 4 business days after the parcel is delivered.
  • If the claim is later than the given time, we are unable to claim the investigation.
  • If you have received an incorrect item, please send us the photos of the product and the label. We will help you further.
