If your return shipment is lost, here’s what you can do step by step:

  1. Check the tracking number

  2. Contact FedEx directly

    • If the tracking hasn’t updated for several days or shows “lost,” contact FedEx customer service with your tracking number.

    • Ask them to open a trace / investigation on the missing package.
