Products must be returned undamaged in its original condition and packaging. Must include a tag. If the goods are returned worn, damaged or used, a refund cannot be issued. The products that are tried on without any damages are eligible for return.
Please be aware that there are some products such as knickers and face masks that you may not be able to claim a refund for due to the personal care/wellness nature of the product reasons.
Not qualified returns will be sent back to the customer and the delivery cost will be covered by the customer.
If the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 10 business days of delivery for assistance. Defective or incorrect items will not be eligible after 10 business days of the original delivery date.
Kindly note that the customers are responsible for the item until it is delivered to us.
