Products must be returned undamaged in its original condition and packaging. Must include a tag. If the goods are returned worn, damaged or used, a refund cannot be issued. The products that are tried on without any damages are eligible for return.Pl

Once the returned product is inspected and accepted, the refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method customer has used to proceed the purchase (Shipping excluded).
If you would like to exchange one or more products, you can do so within 14 working days by indicating in the return portal what you would like in exchange. Once the product has been exchanged, it follows the same delivery process as mentioned above.

Returning an order that includes a free gift? Please be sure to include the free gift item with your return, or the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from the return amount.
Items received between 11/01 (November 1st) and 12/23 (December 23rd) may be returned until 01/15 following year, subject to our other return guidelines.
For all international orders, GOBI cashmere is unable to provide return labels, however, if customers send the item back to our following address, we can process the exchange, refund or the store credit requests accordingly.
