Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return using our online return portal by clicking here. Returns that do not follow our official return process via the return portal will take longer to be processed.
- All online returns are subject to a return fee of USD $12. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are acceptation. Please note that you are responsible for returned items until they are delivered to us.
- Eligible returns initiated within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the order may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Eligible returns initiated after 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the order may be returned but not refunded; only exchanges and store credit are available. Items purchased during the holidays are subject to a different return timeline; see “Holiday Returns” below.
- If approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If approved for a refund, the amount paid (including tax) will be credited to the customer’s original form of payment within 3-5 business days; timing may vary based on the customer’s financial institution.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Eligible online orders may be returned to our return address in the United States. Items purchased in-store may only be returned in-store.
